Speaker: Keat Welsh and Dev Ramsawakh Weaver: Kurt Music: Sam Sundar-Singh Keat Welsh and Dev Ramsawakh of CRIP Collective will be speaking about the importance of Access Intimacy and why we should be striving towards it as a community. They will share personal stories of access done well and how that embodies the idea of Access Is Love. Keat and Dev will highlight activism from Mia Mingus, Alice Wong and Sandy Ho and describe how we can bring their Access Is Love concept to our local communities here in Toronto. Keat Welsh BA, M.Ed is a white queer, disabled artist, community activist and educator. Keat is passionate about building communities of care and striving to create safer, anti-oppressive spaces. Living with both visible and invisible disabilities, they navigate complex experiences through art, activism and community care. Keat frequently speaks on panels at conferences and reviews academic papers. They ran the education program at the Centre for Independent Living in Toronto (CILT) as the IDE+A project coordinator from 2022-2026. Keat is the founder of Equity Buttons and a co-founder of Community Resistance Intimacy Project – CRIP. Keat is starting their PhD focusing on disability inclusion at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health (U of T) in the fall. Dev Ramsawakh is an award-winning disabled, transmasculine and diasporic Indo-Caribbean multidisciplinary storyteller, producer and educator. Along with facilitating workshops, they write articles, essays, poetry, and short fiction, and have produced audio segments for podcasts and online radio, as well as short experimental documentaries. Sam Sndar-Singh is an experienced musician, able to fuse a warm sound and smooth beats with many different styles and tastes. This Sunday, we'll explore how pleasure, from the simple pleasures of everyday life to the deeper pleasures of intimacy and sexuality, can be a pathway to presence, aliveness, and the sacred. Wherever you find yourself on the spectrum of sexual identity, attraction, or expression, you are warmly welcome. Sara Downing (Mama Yoni) Sara, a nurturing “mama bear “with a body-positive focus, is a pleasure educator and intimacy mentor dedicated to helping people embrace their authentic selves and explore their desires with confidence. She brings warmth, empathy, and steadfast support—a reflection of her deep connection to the energy of mothering, shaped by raising three daughters while navigating the challenges of severe mental illness within her family. With her training in DBT and intimacy, Sara creates safer, welcoming spaces where individuals can feel comfort, delight, and excitement in their bodies and sexuality, expand their capacity for pleasure, and courageously explore the edges of their erotic selves. Her presence offers unconditional support and loving attention for all of your tenderest parts.

Together we will sing, play, laugh, and reflect on some of life's lessons that never get old.

Speaker: Peter Marmorek Weaver: Moira Music: Susanne and friends The largest church in the world, the Sagrada Familia, surprised Peter with its lessons for Neighbourhood. Its architect Gaudi said "Nothing is invented, for it's written in nature first”, and the building embodies the interdependent web, from the turtle and tortoise on which the entrance rests, to trees, snails, wheat, & grapes. Led by Rev. Sally Through the summer planned services will only happen on alternate Sundays. Between these services we will gather informally in Rafos Hall Sundays at 10:30 AM. These sessions offer an opportunity for connecting, honest reflection, renewed understanding, and a shared commitment to becoming a community where grace is practised, relationships are restored and strengthened and every person is reminded that they are deeply valued and beloved. PLEASE NOTE - there will be no Zoom available for these gatherings.
