Join NUUC member Joan Pennings before Sunday services starting June 2nd in the small LL room (Arthur Lismer room) next to the Wiggle Room for Morning Meditation from 10:00 am to 10:20 am. A seasoned meditator, Joan will lead meditation for advanced and beginners. Please arrive by 9:55 am to settle in. No experience necessary.

Returning speaker Kofi Hope shares how swapping the technology we use to perceive the world – modern tech such as social media for spiritual technology, including ancient faith traditions -- may help us recover some of that joy and face challenges from a more grounded place.
