in the small LL room (Arthur Lismer room) next to the Wiggle Room for
Morning Meditation from 10:00 am to 10:20 am.
A seasoned meditator, Joan will lead meditation for advanced and beginners.
Please arrive by 9:55 am to settle in. No experience necessary.
