She brings warmth, empathy, and steadfast support—a reflection of her deep connection to the energy of mothering, shaped by raising three daughters while navigating the challenges of severe mental illness within her family. With her training in DBT and intimacy, Sara creates safer, welcoming spaces where individuals can feel comfort, delight, and excitement in their bodies and sexuality, expand their capacity for pleasure, and courageously explore the edges of their erotic selves.
