Yet as climate chaos deepens and the violence of colonial-capitalist systems becomes more and more blatant, the importance of earth-touching practices that connect us to the living presence of the planet and an inner sense of wholeness has never been greater. Join us to explore a Buddhist form of bowing, Touching the Earth, that serves both as contemplation on interdependence, earth-honouring and moving meditation.
