Join Dr Nate Charach and Neighbourhood’s Gwen Schauerte in a small group that empowers you to take meaningful action to address the challenges of our time. Based on Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects while integrating land-based healing practices and psychotherapeutic principles.  You will connect to your inner self, to others in the group and to the greater natural world, deepening your experience of community. Location: Neighbourhood Unitarian Universalist Congregation (310 Danforth Ave) Timing: Wednesday Evenings (7:00pm to 9:15pm) on dates below Cost: Free.     Spring is the perfect time to clear out what you no longer need and turn it into something meaningful! Join us on May 9th for an NUUC Yard Sale, a great opportunity to declutter, connect with neighbours, and be part of a fun community event! Sign up to be a vendor or donate gently used items at to be sold on your behalf. We kindly ask that a portion of your sales be donated to support NUUC and the life of our community.   • Writing from Four Direction Small Group

    Featured Writing from Four Direction Small Group

    It’s Back by Popular Demand! Peter Marmorek will facilitate a small group to help you deepen and expand your writing. We’ll write and (optionally) share our writing together. There will be 8 sessions, every 2nd Wed from Jan. 28th. We’ll meet between 7 and 9:30.To join, sign up in Cappuccino room, or email Peter (marmorek@mac.com). If more than 12 people sign up, a Jan 21 lottery will decide, with first priority given to those who haven’t previously been in the group.

    Featured Fairy Lantern Making Workshop

    Sundays May 17 and 31, 3-5pm.  Step into the world of wonder, where light and imagination play together.  In this hands-on workshop you'll transform an ordinary jar into a glowing lantern of whimsy using delicate layers of colour, texture and intention.  Bring your own jar.  Tissue, glue & brushes, and glitter, will be supplied.  Let the fairy light guide you.  Please Contact Ahna to RSVP.    Optional: Lend your lantern for Rev.
