The Sagrada Familia: Building for a Client Who Isn’t in a Hurry

The largest church in the world, the Sagrada Familia, surprised Peter with its lessons for Neighbourhood. Its architect Gaudi said “Nothing is invented, for it’s written in nature first”, and the building embodies the interdependent web, from the turtle and tortoise on which the entrance rests, to trees, snails, wheat, & grapes.
The 150 year project is expected to be completed in 10 years; Gaudi also said, “My client (God) is not in a hurry.” Explore how we do- or might- think far ahead.
