Our theme this month is Unitarian Universalism's 3rd Principle, "the acceptance of one another and encouragement to spiritual growth." But what is spiritual growth and how can we encourage it in ourselves and our congregation? Join us this Sunday to reflect on the relationship between faith, logic, doubt, and questioning. Rev. Sally will offer a message inspired by 11th Century Benedictine monk, Anselm of Canturbury, as we consider how ancient philosophies might still serve our spiritual growth today. Speaker: Rev. Sally Fritsche Music: Spirit Choir

Activism as Spiritual Practice Unitarian-Universalism has a long history of taking action for justice. There are many ways to engage in taking action that embody personal and collective principles, values, comfort, and pleasure. Lifelong activist and member of our neighbour congregation First Unitarian, Leslie Solomonia will share some of her own experiences, and lead us in reflecting on how various forms of activism might fit into our own spiritual journeys.
