Our gathering will offer the opportunity to explore themes of discomfort and other possibilities for spiritual practices. King Julez (they/them) is a drag artist who uses their drag as a spiritual practice and a way to push boundaries of what it means to be fully embodied. Come to be in community, to push some boundaries, and to explore discomfort in a brave space.

The holiday season can be a difficult time for those experiencing loss or a disconnect from the"holly jolly" of the season. This simple service brings us together in love and community as we acknowledge mutual pain and offer comfort through words and music. Rev Pat Trudeau will lead the service. All are welcome.
Hatha Yoga Small Group happens on Wednesday evenings from 7:30-9:00 pm, in Neighbourhood's sanctuary. This class will include basic postures, relaxation, and is suitable for aging bodies. Please bring your own yoga mat. Please contact Kristina Kiil if you are interested
