Active Hope Small Group

Join Dr Nate Charach and Neighbourhood’s Gwen Schauerte in a small group that empowers you to take meaningful action to address the challenges of our time. Based on Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects while integrating land-based healing practices and psychotherapeutic principles. You will connect to your inner self, to others in the group and to the greater natural world, deepening your experience of community. Writing from Four Direction Small Group
It’s Back by Popular Demand! Peter Marmorek will facilitate a small group to help you deepen and expand your writing. We’ll write and (optionally) share our writing together. There will be 8 sessions, every 2nd Wed from Jan. 28th. We’ll meet between 7 and 9:30.To join, sign up in Cappuccino room, or email Peter (marmorek@mac.com).
