The Third Side: Moving through conflict to healthier relationships Small Group
October 22 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Facilitated by Bruce Lyne
Six weekly meetings from 7 to 9 pm on Thursdays in Rafos Hall starting October 15 and ending November 19
Through a combination of short readings, discussions, reflections and role play, we will learn concepts and strategies for approaching conflict in our lives in healthy and healing ways. While conflict is an inevitable part of life, if we understand better how to approach it, we can turn conflict into an opportunity to deepen our relationships and grow emotionally and spiritually.
Topics covered will include:
Reacting vs. responding
Intentions vs impacts
The backstory and the bigger picture
Empathetic listening
Building bridges
Engaging the third side

I will reach out to you for a brief conversation before the series starts so I get to know you and understand better what you are hoping to gain from the group. That way I can tailor our sessions to meet the needs of who is actually in the group.
