This Sunday\, we’ll explore how pleasure\, from the simple pleasures of everyday life to the deeper pleasures of intimacy and sexuality\, can be a pathway to presence\, aliveness\, and the sacred.\nWherever you find yourself on the spectrum of sexual identity\, attraction\, or expression\, you are warmly welcome. \n \nSara Downing (Mama Yoni) \nSara\, a nurturing “mama bear “with a body-positive focus\, is a pleasure educator and intimacy mentor dedicated to helping people embrace their authentic selves and explore their desires with confidence. She brings warmth\, empathy\, and steadfast support—a reflection of her deep connection to the energy of mothering\, shaped by raising three daughters while navigating the challenges of severe mental illness within her family. With her training in DBT and intimacy\, Sara creates safer\, welcoming spaces where individuals can feel comfort\, delight\, and excitement in their bodies and sexuality\, expand their capacity for pleasure\, and courageously explore the edges of their erotic selves. Her presence offers unconditional support and loving attention for all of your tenderest parts. \n
