In this 90-minute interactive workshop\, psychotherapist and author Kelsey Crowe\, PhD\, introduces The Empathy Menu\, a practical tool for offering support that feels authentic and sustainable. Her book There Is No Good Card for This was a #2 Amazon best-seller featured on NPR and in The Wall Street Journal\, and is the inspiration for a small group currently being led by Rev. Sally at Neighbourhood UU. \nAbout the facilitator\nKelsey Crowe\, PhD\, is a psychotherapist in private practice and co-author of There Is No Good Card for This: What to Say and Do When Life Gets Scary\, Awful\, and Unfair to People You Love.
