Wednesday Night Meditation

An event every week that begins at 8:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
We use different meditation techniques to offer intermediates and beginners an evening of reflection, peace and hopefully joy.
- It is for beginners and intermediates. We make sure that everyone is welcome.
- We begin promptly and end after one hour.
- We offer a silent and guided meditation for about 40 minutes and then we answer questions and ask for comments.
- It is a Zoom meeting while we are in the liminal space of no home and Covid distancing. Come anyway.
- Wayne and Gillian have studied with many teachers over the years, and they use varied techniques to help us relax, gently focus and delight in new awareness.
